Tay Jiva has worked in social care for over 20 years, achieving 3 Masters degrees and an MBE for her work in recruiting Muslim foster carers and adopters.

Tay is currently the founder and director of a fostering agency and has published guidance on how staff can support Muslim children in care as well as played an integral role in the production of Islamic guidance on adoption and fostering.
